My name is Abigail Edge and I’m a freelance journalist and postgraduate journalism student at City University, London. I have written for a range of regional and national newspapers, websites and magazines, including The Guardian, who are sponsoring my postgraduate studies.

I have a strong interest in environmental issues, particularly climate change and conservation. Other interests include backpacking, having travelled extensively in Europe, Asia, Australia and Morocco, and photography (I recently bought my first digital SLR camera. I’m still kind of figuring out how to use it).
